Allison Kaplan is a Geologist whose career in the industry began in 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has broad experience in site characterization, investigation, and remediation under both State and Federal regulations, with project experience in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
She has managed environmental projects for a variety of clients including developers, commercial property owners, municipalities, and real estate attorneys. She has conducted remedial investigations of soil and groundwater, underground storage tank investigations, Preliminary Assessment and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and indoor air quality.
Ms. Kaplan is proficient in New Jersey site remediation guidelines and regulations, including the NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E) and the NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C).
She has extensive experience with regulatory compliance, receptor evaluations, remedial action permit preparation/compliance, and remedial action protectiveness. She has managed numerous redevelopment projects and has extensive professional remedial action experience including soil excavation, capping, and in situ groundwater treatment.
