Ms. Berry has been working in the Environmental Industry since 2000. She is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). Carrie has extensive experience as a corporate practice leader and client program manager, responsible for financial and regulatory management of portfolios of client properties at which releases of hazardous materials have occurred. This has given her extensive experience with the regulatory and technical requirements of multiple states, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Carrie has experience working on industrial sites, retail petroleum stations, dry cleaners, childcare centers and educational facilities, Brownfield redevelopments, petroleum refineries, and other projects. She has extensive technical and managerial experience with site assessments, preliminary assessments, vapor intrusion investigations, various remedial actions, project management, regulatory interaction, and budget management.
As a New Jersey LSRP, she has extensive knowledge of NJDEP’s technical and administrative regulations and guidance, and routinely identifies project plans and endpoints for her clients. She is proficient in New York site remediation guidelines and regulations and has directly managed projects with the NY Voluntary Cleanup Program, the Office of Environmental Regulation with E-Designation, the NYSDEC, the NYSDOH, and the NY Brownfields Cleanup Program. In Connecticut and Massachusetts, she has overseen program and project teams that included Licensed Site Professionals (LSP) from each of those states.
