Ms. Ulrich has been working in the environmental consulting industry since 2001, and she received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. Her experience includes the completion of numerous New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) compliant Preliminary Assessments, Site and Remedial Investigations, as well as ASTM compliant Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Environmental Transaction Screens.

Ms. Ulrich has extensive experience in investigations performed to comply with the NJDEP Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), and she oversees projects that require compliance with New Jersey’s Environmental Guidance for Child Care & Educational facilities. Ms. Ulrich successfully assists clients with the preparation of Brownfield Redevelopment Agreements to obtain funding for development of environmentally impaired properties and she supports Peak’s Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) in the preparation of the various deliverables necessary to support the issuance of Response Action Outcomes (RAO). Ms. Ulrich’s field experience includes the oversight of air, soil and groundwater sampling activities in compliance with the NJDEP guidance at residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
