Mr. Manning is an environmental professional whose career in the industry began in 1999. He has broad experience in site characterization, investigation, and remediation under both State and Federal regulations. He has managed environmental projects for a variety of clients including developers, petroleum corporations, construction and commercial companies, engineering firms, and residential home owners. He has conducted remedial investigations of soil and groundwater, underground storage tank investigations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, ecological assessments, and indoor air quality and vapor intrusion investigations.
Mr. Manning is proficient in New Jersey site remediation guidelines and regulations, including New Jerseys Site Remediation Reform Act and the NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E). He has extensive experience with NJDEP regulatory compliance, receptor evaluations, well receptor surveys, remedial action permit preparation/compliance and remedial action protectiveness. He has managed numerous redevelopment projects which have included work performed to satisfy the State of New Jersey Green Acres Program, LOVE Funding, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Sandy Recovery Neighborhood Enhancement Program, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding requirements. Mr. Manning also has extensive professional experience in both ArcGIS and AutoCAD, and is professionally certified in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) with concentration in environmental geomatics.
