Mr. Romeo’s career in the environmental industry began in 1995 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. Mr. Romeo has conducted numerous environmental investigations including preliminary assessments, site and remedial investigations, soil and ground water remedial actions, Underground Storage Tank closures, and due diligence property evaluations.
Mr. Romeo has extensive knowledge of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E), 7:14B Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), 7:26B Industrial Site Recovery Act Rules (ISRA), and the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). His experience includes the design and timely implementation of investigation and remediation activities performed to support the redevelopment of large scale commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Romeo is licensed to perform work at petroleum bulk storage terminals, and he has overseen the design and implementation of various remedial treatment technologies including High-Vacuum Extraction and Treatment (HEAT). Other professional experience includes expertise in several software applications including Rockware, ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
