Timothy Beach is an Environmental Scientist whose career in the industry began in 2014, when he graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Business Economics. Since then he has advanced from Staff Scientist to Project Scientist and now Project Manager! He has worked on numerous commercial, industrial and redevelopment projects throughout our service area. He has broad experience in site characterization, investigation, and remediation under New Jersey regulations.
Tim has supported environmental projects for a variety of clients including educational institutions, developers, commercial property owners, and real estate attorneys. He has developed and implemented remedial investigations of soil, groundwater, and vapor, conducted underground storage tank removals and investigations, and completed Preliminary Assessment and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
Mr. Beach is proficient in New Jersey site remediation guidelines and regulations, including the NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E) and the NJDEP Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C). He routinely utilizes NJDEP guidance documents to support investigation and remediation planning, as well as administrative tasks. He has experience with receptor evaluations, public notification requirements, remedial action permit preparation/compliance, and technical report preparation.
